Day 3: "Eat Well, Live Simply, Laugh Often"

Now getting into the swing of things. I have started class visits and have had many talking sessions with faculty and administrators. Loving the collaborative dialogue. Also loving the food! I am not one to post food pics, but look at these from the school lunch and tell me we don't need to figure it out in American schools!
